Greetings to the families of Rathmines! Little Pioneers is a place where young children can learn, grow and play in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Our team of experienced and qualified early childhood educators are dedicated to supporting each child’s individual needs and interests, and our curriculum is designed to promote physical, social, emotional and cognitive development.
Our goal is to provide high-quality care and education for every child and to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for families. We believe that Little Pioneers is the perfect place for your child’s early learning journey, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you and your family to our centre.

We love the service our 1yo receives at Little Pioneers! All the educators know him even if they aren’t in his room and they are so great with communication. Morgan loves going each time and at pick up he excitedly points to all the things he did that day. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
Great centre with amazingstaff. They always welcome you with a smile and ican go to work knowing my kid is in safe hands being looked after by these wonderful people.
We have had so many beautiful memories with this centre and it has felt like my second family when I returned to work. The educators have been so supportive in caring for my son since he was six months old. The girls are very caring and helpful with whatever you need at whatever stage of development your child, just communicate it to them and they will see if they can assist. Highly recommend them for their genuine input and professionalism into caring for a precious child.

I’ve had two children graduate, my youngest has just started kindergarten and is excelling all thanks to the amazing effort, and dedication to preparing her for her big school adventures. It hasn’t gone unnoticed how much love and care your staff have shown to my children and to us as a family, so with the warmest heart I thank you all so much!

Lovely early learning centre with such kind and caring educators. The team is very supportive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We’ve had a great experience here and really appreciate the care they provide.
As a first time mum with massive nerves about sending my almost 2 year old to daycare, little pioneers and the team could not have made it easier for my son and I.
There are open, honest and helpful educators and manager, they answered all of my questions, made the tour and transition to daycare as easy as possible. My son is so happy with his day at daycare and most other days is running to collect him bag and wanting to go back.
I would absolutely recommend little pioneers to anyone wanting a fantastic and caring daycare

My 3yo has been enrolled with Little Pioneers Rathmines since Jan 2024. It wasn't an easy transition for her but the Staff could not have been more supportive, understanding and reassuring to us both. She has blossomed ever since. The Staff are so involved with the kids, they update you daily through the App and in person as to what your Little has been up to, what they've eaten, even how many times they've gone to the toilet. My daughter loves going to 'School'.
What an amazing centre! The staff here are incredible and the facilities are so much fun! I was so nervous about my child starting daycare, but they made it so easy. Now she runs in and on rough days the educators are all there to give her a cuddle. I can only recommend this centre for any family wanting to send their child to daycare.
I truly love coming to work each day at this centre. The best part is building those special connections with the children and supporting them as they learn and grow. It’s such a rewarding feeling to be part of their little milestones and see their confidence shine. We have a wonderful, supportive team and a boss who genuinely cares, which makes it such a positive place to be. I feel really grateful to be part of such a warm and welcoming environment.
Very very please with Little Pioneers. I am so over the moon that we made the switch last year with my son from another facility. This facility is so much more engaging with the kids. The kids are never neglected. They have lots of learning and play time and they feed them really well here.

Our daughter has been going to little pioneers for just over a month now in the baby room and the transition has been amazing! The team couldn’t be more supportive and nurturing and the room set up couldn’t be better!! Full of colourful, fun and interactive toys, they also don’t shy away from messy play which we love! 🥰 I would recommend little pioneers at rathmines to anyone! Really looking forward to our little one growing and learning with this centre 💗💗 big thank you to Em, Jaz and the whole team!
The educators are wonderful, great with my child who absolutely loves going to daycare. We have an excellent relationship with the team and I am at ease knowing my little one is in great hands.
