It takes a very special person to be a great Early Childhood Educator and we will always support our team in their quest to achieve greatness in their profession.

Our Educators

Our Lead Educators are provided with weekly programming time as well as time each day to document learning. They provide guidance to our educators, suggesting further learning opportunities and ongoing training to help improve their knowledge and skill base.

We prescribe to the Early Childhood Australia Professional Code of Ethics and support and endorse the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. We consider Early Childhood Education to be a profession. For many in our industry it is a vocation and I’m sure you’ll agree that it takes a very special person to be a great Early Childhood Educator.

Our team of educators are supported in any and all endeavours to improve their knowledge and skills in the childcare profession. We offer opportunities to attend external courses as well as include an element of ongoing training in all our monthly team meetings. Our Lead Educators take time aside every week to speak to our team members and offer additional assistance wherever needed.
