My child really love going to this place. Staff and educators are happy to take feedback and work towards improvement. Quality of care safety of child are something I don’t compromise and they are always on top of it. Love them all. Always have good staffing ratios.
We recently moved our child to Little Pioneers and have been really happy with the experience. You can tell it’s a very well managed centre. From day one, the team showed a genuine level of care. The director, Miss Nargis took the time to answer all our questions with thoughtful and caring responses and she does a great job keeping families connected by sharing updates about centre events and community initiatives organised by other parents. She ordered a cot and ensure it arrived before our child started so they would be comfortable, which really stood out to us.
The daily updates we receive from the app are personal and thoughtful rather than generic, and it's clear the educator in our child’s room Miss Alex knows our child well, mentioning interests that align with what we see at home. The biggest sign we've made the right choice is that our baby comes home happy, sleeps well, and is always clean and well looked after.

Little Pioneers is one of the most wonderful centres in Sydney, couldn’t recommend it enough. From the educators, to spaces, programs and open communication. Every aspect has been most enjoyable for me to experience as I come and provide educational development through music and movement. This term the children are learning different languages and cultures all around the world as we visit each week. Great engagement and attitude from both children and educators. Thank you Little Pioneers 🙂
We highly recommend the centre. We have performed our music program for centres everywhere in Sydney and the centre really stands out. Their educational philosophy is exceptional and families will definitely feel looked after and at home here.
